SHIPPING
All jewelry is hand-made to order, so please allow up
to 3 weeks to receive your order. Most will Be shipped
within a week of order date. All orders will be shipped
via UPS ground for a flat rate of $8.50. If you need
faster delivery, please contact us via email. For orders
to Alaska and Hawaii, rates will vary. International
orders please email us for pricing. You will be notified
via email when your purchase has shipped.
SALES TAX
All orders shipped to California addresses will be charged
CA sales tax.
RETURNS
Since all of our jewelry is made to order, returns are
for exchange or store credit only. All returns must
be received within 10 days of shipment date. Please
insure all packages, and include a copy of the original
receipt. We are not responsible for loss while in transit.
Please put all returns in padded envelopes. Damaged
goods will not be accepted unless they are a result
of the original shipping. Shipping and handling charges

REPAIRS
If your jewelry has been damaged during transport when
you receive it, please return within 7 days of shipment
date for repairs. If your jewelry gets damaged during
regular wear we are happy to repair it for a fee. Fee
to be determined when piece is received and examined.
JEWELRY CARE
Store jewelry away from direct sunlight. This will help
your gemstones keep their brilliant color. Metals will
naturally tarnish with time. I suggest to store in a
cool, dark place. When tarnishing does occur, use a
jewelry cloth or soft cotton cloth with mild soap and
